1 on a d20; “Botch!” The item is written with the ink of failure and printed on the paper of stupidity, so do not get it.
5 on a d20; “Failure” The bad exceeds the good in this product, so you should avoid it.
10 on a d20; “Average” The bad and the good balance each other, so the product has a limited appeal.
15 on a d20; “Success” The good exceeds the bad in this product, so it is worth picking up.
20 on a d20; “Natch” A rare perfect (or nearly so) success, so the item is well worthy picking up.
